The Declaration Alliance, together with its California resident suppporters, has created this site to assist, support, and empower fellow citizens affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. We are uniting to promote human and economic recovery of the region that is compatible with responsible self-government, and which in all respects comports with the rule of law.

Californians have a long and storied legacy of rugged individualism, a brilliant history of can-do, creative Yankee ingenuity — and a fierce reputation for a long-standing leave-us-alone libertarian streak. We are not looking for Nanny-State intrusion into the difficult task before us of rebuilding our homes, nor will we countenance the short-term expediencies suggested by illegal hiring practices.

21st century slave labor and indentured, black-market servitude are illicit, immoral, and intrinsically un-American. Californians are a hard-working, capable people who will raise themselves from the ashes with integrity. We will rebuild our corner of America the American way.
